• Your e-mail address
• Your telephone number
• Your date of birth (only if you are under 16 years old)
• If you transfer money from your bank account to DADSC to pay your membership subscription, purchase merchandise, make a donation or for any other reason, then we may collect and retain your bank account details.

We only collect information pertaining to your membership of DADSC and use of our services. We do not collect any information from non-members.

You can review and edit the information that we hold by contacting the Secretary of DADSC at secretary@dadsc.fife.net.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to manage memberships of DADSC, and in particular for the following reasons:
• Internal record-keeping to manage DADSC memberships
• To process your DADSC membership subscription
• To allow us to send DADSC membership information to your postal or email address. You may elect to unsubscribe from posts or emails.
• To provide an audit trail for accounting purposes.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

We do not collect any personal information from your use of the DADSC website or social media platforms, other than that which is necessary to ensure the correct technical functioning of the website or social media platforms.

If you cease your membership, we may archive your details, in case you wish to rejoin after a period. However, if you wish us to permanently delete your personal information, please contact the Secretary of DADSC at secretary@dadsc.fife.net.
